Doktor Frogg took another sip of coffee. It was starting to turn cold and would need a refill to heat it up a bit. He set the mug down, deciding not to break his stride as he poured over the data from the last session with Alison. He also had been reviewing data from months back, charting the progress, making absolutely sure that no detail was missed.
After checking and double checking he rose from his computer desk, picked up his mug and headed for the kitchen.

Frogg paid and tipped the taxi driver, then made his way across the brown, dead lawn to the Lair's front door.
All he wanted to do was to go straight to his room and catch some more shut eye. He didn't sleep well the night before. He kept waking up to go check on Alison throughout the night. When he left her, she was still sleeping. He had left her a note on her coffee table to call him and let him know how she was doing.

It felt kind of strange for Frogg to be working alone in the university lab. He was so used to Garcia and Lizowski's company that the room seemed too empty, lonely even. It couldn't be helped though. The work he was busy with had to be done in secret. He was programming the psionic enhancer to test its mind controlling capabilities.

Frogg inspected Lizowski and Garcia's prototype for an invention they'd been working on themselves. It was a re-designed athletic shoe, or boot base that increased balance and stability while decreasing risk of injury to the foot, ankle, and even the knees.
His assistants had been using it for snow-boarding and hockey, but the benefits could apply to other athletic activities as well.

I haven't been on dA for a while. Kind of got busy with other things in my life.

I will be working more on my fanfic. I sort of lost the muse for a bit, but feeling like I need to get back onto it.

I had big blow to my love life lately. Got dumped over something trivial. It came as such a shock. I thought he had real feelings for me. Guess not if he could break up with me over a misunderstanding during a cellphone txt.

So I guess that's my muse. When my love-life sucks, I write. Bad for me, but good for anybody who wants to see how "Unexpected Side Effects" turns out.

The world isn't my oyster, it's my ashtray.
